Urban Vanity 2008

so a bunch of us are organizing prom. its quite stressing. countless arguments and cold hard blank stares. but needless to say, its coming together. finally! just a few more tiny details. and people PAY UP! u guys have 1 more week till we increase the price. u wouldn't want to pay extra RM 20 just cause u were a week late now would u?? no, i wouldn't want that either =)

day out with mummy

went to check out Cititel ballroom yesterday and had food testing. my mum booked for like 6 people but all my wonderful friends couldn't make it. free food people! whats wrong with you guys... well to use up the space i called my dad and aunt. and note that the food testing was for the organizing committee of the prom. so i appointed my dad as the accountant and my aunt as the sales manager. the things people do for free food. it was good though, delicious!



then i went to watch The Mummy with my mummy!! haha. when i told my mum that she just stared at me with a smirk. oh i love her!!

National Service

yes me, Christina Wee Yen May, got chosen for NS.

and they congratulated me on it. They being the government or whoever replies your sms when you sms them to find out if you're gonna suffer for 3 months or not.

im still trying my very best to see the bright side on this. so far:
1: meet new people (specifically of the male species)

Ps Andy was the guest speaker and he shared about how real God is. He left a question to all of us that really got me wondering.

" do i have a testimony in which i can share to other people how God is real to me?'

and i want one.

my internet was out for about 2 weeks. it was a very sad 2 weeks. no IM-ing, no mail checking, no youtube-ing. just all to depressing. but now im back!! first stop is youtube!! technically it'll be my 2nd cuz im here but whatever...

im currently out of ideas on what to post on...so this blog is on holiday! =)

a hike to remember

i was brutally woken up by my dad this morning. but i must say, it was worth it being forced to wake up so early on a saturday morning. daddy, mummy and i went hiking in Melawati. arrived there early enough to see the ending of the sun rise. had the opportunity to experience God's creation at its best. so far its the best hike ever. it was more of rock climbing, some as steep as 160 degrees. challenging but fun. anyone who is adventurous , i highly suggest for u to climb this mountain. if you're interested, i'll being going again next month, so you can tag along if you want =)

Monkey Business

after all our hardwork , we ended up using something my dad created in less than an hour! and it works real good. u can practically play football with this thing. AMAZING. haha.

egg drop competition

as normal as our day is, there is always something exciting to it. EGG DROP COMPETITION.

so Boy 1 comes into class announcing about an egg drop competition. we girls were just busy doing our work. then a sudden thought appeared in Geraldine's head (or was it mine?). anyway we thought, 'why not? sounds like fun'. AND it was FUN!. oh the egg drop competition is next monday.
you see, the fun part was the preparation of it. the girls came over to my place so that we could brain storm *BANG!* about ways to prevent it from falling. we only managed to get one done.

result of it : egg crashed and the parachute didnt even touch the ground, but a whole lot of laughter! AWESOME!

(ps: Geraldine u have AWESOME shorts!)

back to school

it feels like i have been off school for like months. had the 'first day of school' feeling. being in my school uniform carry my backpack feeling out of place. good times... oh and to top of the first day of back to school, i got back my mid-term results! boy did it suck. i should start studying more. but having fun is just so much easier.....
